The Chile Customs Affidavit (SAG form for Chile) is an electronic customs declaration that all adults entering the country must complete. This includes Chilean nationals and residents.

The Chile Customs Affidavit is granted through an online application system. It was introduced to simplify the customs and immigration processes for all passengers arriving by air, land, or sea.

You can submit your Chile Customs Affidavit from 48 hours before your arrival date. If you’re traveling with any minors under the age of 18, you must declare this on the form.

Online Application for the Chile Customs Affidavit

You need to fill out the SAG Chile form with basic personal and passport information. All the information provided on the application form, such as first and last names and passport number, must be exactly as they appear on the applicant’s passport.

You also need to supply transport details such as your date of arrival, type of transport, and port of entry.

To submit the Chile SAG form, you also need to make a customs declaration indicating whether you are bringing any vegetable/animal products, currency over US $10, 000, or goods outside of your luggage.
